Residential retreatants will be responsible for their dinners with use of our full kitchen.

In this retreat, we will explore how you can use these practices right now to make positive and healthy change an active part of your life. Join us to deepen your practice and regenerate your spirit in a beautiful, peaceful country setting. You will leave refreshed and renewed.
The retreat is open to everyone. If you have meditation experience, the retreat will enable you to refine and deepen your practice. If you are new to meditation, you will learn practical techniques you can use right away.
