This retreat is open to everyone regardless of meditation experience.
While facing the rigors of life we can learn to settle ourselves and reset intention for awakening to the beauty that surrounds us. Explore how to get “unstuck” from over focus on negativities and awaken to the wonders of life that are available in each moment.
· Guided meditation practices for establishing contentment and ease in mind and body
· Teachings on “Letting Go” practice and the cultivation of gentle awareness to self and other
· Discussion and reflection – benefits of mindfulness during the holidays
· Gentle yoga and outdoor nature meditation (weather permitting)
Rebecca will be leading meditations designed to settle the nervous system. We will explore the skill of setting intention for upcoming events and the steps that strengthen intention over time. This will be a good retreat to prepare for the holidays!
