Women's Meditation Group May 26 - June 16, 2018


Women’s Meditation Group With Rebecca Wing, LCPC

4 Saturday Mornings: May 26, June 2, 9 and 16, 2018

10am to 11:30am  $99 for all four sessions

Come sit with like-minded women who are looking to bring mindfulness and meditation more deeply into their lives. Each session will introduce a specific practice with easy to understand instruction and discussion regarding integration into daily living. Open to all women regardless of meditation experience.

·      The basics of mindfulness practice: witnessing and calming the mind

·      Working with anxiety: learning to settle anxious energy in the body

·      Bringing breath into awareness

·      Self-compassion and how to practice it

·      Informal mindfulness approaches to bring into daily life

Please plan on attending all four sessions for group continuity
