Six consecutive Tuesdays: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2 & 9. 6pm-7:15pm. $90 inclusive.
Join Rebecca for clear instruction on the basics of meditation practice. In-depth teachings and facilitated discussion on how meditation informs, enlivens and brings deeper meaning to life. For those unable to attend on a Tuesday night, you can register and have direct access to the session recordings.
