One of the most pervasive and persistent disruptors of our happiness and well-being are our personal Core Negative Beliefs (pCNBs). Our pCNBs are formed in our first few years of life and are heavily reinforced throughout our life. Moreover, they are very resistant to change.
· Explore the neuroscience of how our core negative beliefs become a significant part of our early conditioning and how major dynamics of our culture reinforce them.
· Learn a fundamental mindfulness practice that is designed to transform our pCNBs and develop a healthy, true vision of ourselves.
· Learn to truly rest in your birthright of worthiness.
