Developing a regular meaningful meditation practice can be challenging without gaining the “view” around why and how we bring ourselves to the practice. This workshop will provide detailed instruction on how we can develop a clearer understanding of meditation and mindfulness practice in daily living. A good course for counselors looking to bring meditation to clients.

·      Specific details on how to cultivate a regular meditation practice.
